Points are credits that you can use to claim events. Points roll over from month to month and can be used for any participating event or venue across the country.

If you run out of points, you can always purchase a Booster Pack and receive more!

Yes! You will receive 7 points that you can redeem on any LivePass events once you start your 30-day free trial. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period.

After your trial period is up, you'll automatically be enrolled in our 7 point plan for $49/month.

Booster Packs can be purchased in case you need more points for the month! Booster Packs come in two sizes: 4 Point Booster Packs and 8 Point Booster Packs.

YES! Navigate to the “Friends” section of LivePass, copy the invite link, and send your link to friends & family. You will automatically receive one point per referred friend that signs up for LivePass!

We're always looking to reward users that go above-and-beyond. Share a public photo of yourself enjoying an experience with LivePass on Instagram (@livepass.me), Facebook (LivePass), X (@LivePassX), or reddit (r/LivePass) to earn one point per event shared! If we miss it, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team and we will get the point added to your account.

You can use LivePass at a variety of venues in the markets we are Live in. We are adding new venues and events daily. If there is an event/venue you would like to attend with LivePass, please click the chat icon in the bottom right and let us know!
