Season Share, Inc. ("Company", "We", "we", "Us", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including information:

• By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, Internet Protocol address ("IP Address"), Ticketmaster account ID, credit card information, purchasing habits, and Usage Data (as defined below), and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline;

• Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Website.

• Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)), such as name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information. A. Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through our Website may include:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Website, subscribing to our service, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Website.

• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us.

• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

• Details of transactions you conduct through our Website and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Website. If you place an order through our Website or make purchases through our services, your financial information, such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information), is collected and stored by our third-party payment processing company ("Payment Processor"), and use and storage of that information is governed by the Payment Processor's applicable terms of service and privacy policy. We currently use Stripe as our Payment Processor (www.stripe.com). In order to facilitate your order transactions, we collect and store your billing zip code, credit card type and the last four digits of your credit card number, but no other financial information.

• Your search queries on the Website.

• "Usage Data", means information collected automatically as you navigate through the site. Usage Data a may include information such as your device's IP Address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, MAC address, cookie identifiers, pages that you visit before, during, and after using our services, information about the links you click, and other diagnostic data. When you access the Website by or through a mobile device, Company may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP Address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, pages that you visit before, during, and after using our services, information about the links you click, among other information about how you use our services and Website, and other diagnostic data.
